one does not simply walk into mordor

one bashes that fucking gate down using nothing but her head, wipes the floor with some orcs, victory prances in and finishes off a days work by claiming Legolas as her trophy elf.

in other words, have some badass hoodies reminiscent of LOTR.

Wana know where to get them? read this doods: http://tuffcutstv.tumblr.com/post/14958816940/hey-tumblr-yeah-tumblr-im-fucking-talking-to

Oh, fuck, yeah. That’s my language, right there.

Also, those coats are righteous as hell.

If anyone still thinks Moffat is sexist

who-locked-the-impala:

They obviously haven’t seen Dinosaurs On A Spaceship.
Neffie and Amy dominated that shit like BAMFs and didn’t put up with none of that gender discrimination shit.

He didn’t write Dinosaurs. Though whoever did tried hard so kudos to him.

I absolutely cannot believe this happened. Every time I explain Doctor Who to non-whovians, I brag about how this show isn’t a regular sci-fi show. It isn’t ooh guns kill the bad guy; it’s no guns allowed, find a solution for the bad guy.
This is ridiculously out of character. The Doctor does not kill. He has enough blood on his hands already, he should have never done this. He killed him in cold blood. Yes, a terrible, terrible being- but none the less the Doctor is never one to force punishment down upon people. That’s not his gig.

This season is going down hill so quickly.  I’d like to preface this with yes, I understand Moffat doesn’t write every episode, but he’s the head writer. He’s in charge of all this. He’s to be blamed.
A couple weeks ago, I loved Moffat. I thought he was one of the best things to ever happen to this show. But he tries to do TOO much every episode. I expected him to understand that the slower episodes can be some of the best. He wrote Blink! Was that episode full of big bang boom confusing plot twists? No, it was interesting. Confusing for a bit, maybe. But it all wrapped up in the end. It made sense. We don’t have attention spans of five-year olds. Yes, this is a children’s tv show. But I would actually love to see the demographics of the show. I doubt the majority is children. And considering I have trouble understanding the plot, how is a child expected to?
These new episodes aren’t being explained.
Why, at the beginning of Asylum of the Daleks, did the Doctor seem to look upon Skaro, the Dalek’s home planet that has been clearly stated to be in the time lock? Where did all the Daleks come from in the first place? How did Oswin’s voice come through the intercom things as human and not her Dalek voice? Why was she not fully converted? Given there are possibilities of these things being answered in the future, but the future isn’t looking so bright.

The whole story line with Amy and Rory was pathetic. Oooh guys look be sad they’re getting divorced this all happened off screen so lemme re-cap in about 2 minutes then 20 minutes later LOL KIDDING THEY STILL LOVE EACH OTHER
Now they’re all fantastic again? Just like that? Wow, that was excellent.

Moffat has said he has to write for the non- die hard whovians. I get that. It’s a tv show, it’s a business.
But we’re what makes this TV show great. We’ve kept it on air for 50 years, FIFTY YEARS. and how do they repay us? Sorry guys here’s a continuity error; here have another why not. Who cares- the non-whovians won’t catch it. We want the non-whovians interested; the people less likely to buy merchandise and push the show forward.

I just.. this is my favorite TV show. Not because of the timey- wimey wizzing about… I love it because it usually has meaning. It shows the good in people, makes you feel proud to be human. And it’s not doing that any more. It’s loosing it’s sense of wonder, and it’s being replaced with some mainstream TV show that’s has nothing individual about it to set it apart from the rest.

Please Moffat, prove me wrong here.

I also noticed that the doctor has been acting out of character, but I think its driven by the same thing that drove the changes seen in 10- the end. 11’s time is ending, he’s sort of already dead.

Yep, true story bro!

Yes, why don’t more women have space suits in their profile pictures? That would stop objectification right away.

That isn’t the point at all. If women stopped dressing and portraying themselves like sluts and then wanting to NOT be objectified, they should class it up a little is all that is saying.

“Dressing and portraying themselves like sluts”
Yes, we should go back to the good old days when women dressed modestly and objectification never existed: the 12th Century.
Because CLEARLY there’s nothing wrong with how you perceive women, it’s just that prominent mammary glands make you biologically incapable of being a decent fucking human being.
Also I just went to your tumblr and it’s full of half-naked dudes. Should I now automatically assume that these men are trashy sluts who are worth nothing beyond their appearance?

What someone wears shouldn’t be a factor when it comes to respect and being treated like a human being.

“I joined the military because I wanted to serve my country.  I served as a Lance Corporal in the Marines for over three years.  In that time I was raped twice and sexually assaulted another two times.
The first time it happened I was serving abroad in Afghanistan.  After that first incident I was assaulted three other times over the course of three years.  It came to happen so often that I assumed it was normal and that it must happen to everyone.  I never received any training on how to deal with sexual assault in the military- I didnt even know how to report it.
When I finally decided to report the sexual assaults I was led through a maze of questions and excuses and I was even discouraged from reporting the crimes.  In the end, instead of getting justice I was ostracized and humiliated.
I learned that there is currently no national military sex offender registry and that offenders are not required to disclose their crimes on their discharge papers.  A sex offender registration for convicted for military personal would help to address the impunity that surrounds rape within rape the military.  Most veterans are honorable men and women who have served our country, but there are some who have committed serious crimes like rape and sexual assault during their service and the military has a responsibility to disclose that information for the sake of the public good.
When asked why sex offenders do not have to disclose on their discharge papers, some of the responses I was given were 1) It will take too long to create a national database or 2) the military is going green and it takes too much paper to add an extra check box to discharge papers.
This is part of a larger issue of rape within the military.  Some estimates reveal that more than 1/3 of women in the armed services are raped during their service.  If you serve in the US military and you rape or sexually assault a fellow service member you have an 86.5% chance of keeping the crime a secret and a 92% chance of avoiding court martial.
Join me in asking the Department of Defense to create a national database for sex offenders.”
